On-time and professional in the delivery of services. Assessed the non-working garage door opener and determined that it needed to be replaced. Assessed the working garage door opener and did not pressure to be replaced but provided the pros and cons of replacing and we decided to replace both at the same time. Work was done quickly and older items and packing materials were taken away.

Their employee was on time and the job was completed to my satisfaction in a timely manner. They honored a discount for Angie's List clients and I was pleased with the job. Will definitely use them again if I have the need.

It went fine. Technician came out when scheduled and worked rapidly. Technician even pulled down one of the garage door lights that had a birds nest in it and cleaned it out.

It was excellent. They were here when they said they would be here, they measured everything, they made another appointment, they came back when they had the garage door and installed the garage door and they did a really good job, I would highly recommend them. I thought their price was very reasonable. The quality, it was excellent, their products are top notch, the guys that came out here, they communicate well and they also do what they said their going to do as far as being on time, they did work in a timely fashion, and they're very good.

The person who answered the phone when I called for information sounded like a no-frills sort of fellow who was out in the field (versus an office order taker). I explained what I needed, he told me what he model of opener he offered and the price, and we made an appointment to get the work done.

An especially nice tech arrived earlier than expected -- my fault, I had the wrong appointment time in my head -- and he was very accommodating in waiting 20 minutes or so for me to get home. That was really appreciated. He installed the new opener and took the old model parts away. Nothing extraordinary happened, I suppose, but his demeanor was very professional and friendly. Made for a positive experience.

My experience with them was very good; actually, it was one guy. He had said that he would be here in the morning the next day, but he did not show up at the appointed time, and I had to call him back. It took him a while to show up, but once he showed up, it turned out that he was knowledgeable and did a good job. The garage door cost me $350. I would use him again in the future if necessary.

A technician came out within a couple of hours of my call and it was the day before Christmas Eve! He was able to fix it within an hour. Great service!

I was surprised to have the service company owner himself come out to do the work on my garage door. With 33 years in the business, he knew exactly what to do, and working by himself, he had the door working in a short time. I was impressed by his ability to tackle the job alone, but he had no problem, and the door operates again like a new one.

Called on Wednesday, he came out on Thursday morning and did all the work in about an hour and a half.

This was actually an emergency visit, because of the springs breaking. I needed the door replaced as soon as possible. I had called Absolute, I believe it was in the morning sometime and they were here by the afternoon. Absolute was very quick to respond to my calls. The garage door is perfect and the service was well worth the price.
