After I picked up my girlies I had a meeting. On the way Holly called again to see if I would be home. I told her no but the girls were home. A little while later I get home and there are no flowers. Turns out the girls were afraid to answer the door. Again, unbeknownst to me, J had already called Holly about the matter but Holly could not get in touch with her driver in time before she left the neighborhood.
So, after 7:00 pm there was a knock on my door. When I opened the door there was Holly with my flowers. So over and above in customer service! I could not imagine those franchised floral delivery people going to such personal sacrifice of their time to guarantee same day delivery. Thank you, again, Holly Burns with A Different Bloom!
