BENSON BROTHERS WRECKER SVC

AAA sent Benson Bros when I was stuck in the mud 2/26/2021. They came and said they'd have me out in 30 min if I paid an extra $375. I didn't have it and they left me there 10 miles from town at dark. He did offer to give me a ride, but didn't give any impression but that I was putting him out. So I called my daughter. She posted on Facebook that we needed help and Benson Bros had let us down, the response was fantastic and I was out soon by many good people showing up. The Cunninghams posted and tagged my daughter on their Facebook making fun of us and inviting their friends to join in attacking us. They called us names and made fun of our appearance. They also attack other customers on their personal walls posting their personal information while their friends join in name calling and attacking. Not professional. I don't know who owns Benson Bros. so I don't know if the Cunningham's actions represent them.

I had locked my keys in my car with it running when I had gotten out to lock my farm gate. They were there in 20 minutes and we live out in the country. They have always been good they are professional,courteous and always there when they say they will be I have used them many times over these past years. I even trusted them to take my harley into the shop that was over 50 miles away and I trust no one else to handle my bike. They have update to date tools and vehicles.If you have a situation call these people. They have even pulled my friends bmw off of a landscape rock.

All went well they got my bike to Sherman and the got my car to the dealership in commerce before they closed like I said good people good work ethic

Went great. Guys are always nice, easy to talk to and helpful.
