Great company to work with. Very professional staff and customer service is important to them. Our hot water heater blew a line while we were out of town, we came home to a house full of water. My insurance company {USAA} quickly called ServPro and had them over to my house within an hour of being notified. I don't know how much they charged my insurance, but it was money well spent.

They were responsive and very helpful in dealing with my homeowner's insurance provider.

I usually have them about twice a year.  The house is close to 3000 square feet.  They don't move heavy pieces of furniture.  I really like their service.  I know the owner and the man that has been coming out all these years.  He's been friendly.  He does a good job and I trust him completely.  They are very trustworthy.  They put little paper things under all the chairs and legs.  They wear shoes or cover it over their shoes.  They just do a very good job.  They are very conscientious.  I get a discount because we are members of the same church.  The owner gives a discount to the church.  They are certainly punctual.  If something happens, they will certainly call and inform me.  I'm having new carpet laid next week and I asked them who they recommended for carpet cleaning, they recommended Servpro.
