I was very pleased with the person from Granny?s Group. He was a general contractor. He was very accessible. Even though the job took longer than what he said it would, he followed up on the caliber of work if it wasn?t satisfactory. He followed-up very nicely with everybody. Sometimes, he would do the job himself. I liked the way he communicated and his willingness towards his work. The quality of the work that he oversaw was just awesome. I haven?t compared his prices with that of the others, so I can?t comment on the same.
