Called Gerald to come out, and was told he would be out the next day in the afternoon, I said great. I won't necessarily be at home, but here is my number, and since I live on the same property where I work, just give me a call, and I will come right over. Next Day comes, no phone call at all. I called back the following day and he said that they got tied up with other appointments and couldn't make it out, and that he would be out the next week, on Tuesday in the morning. I said fine. Same thing Happens. I call back and ask whats up, and he said they got busy. I said never mind I'll find someone else. I was getting ready to go out of town, and while I was out of town I guess he showed up, and I wasn't there. He talked to my boss, and he took him over to my house while I was out of town and then it was fixed while I was gone.

Repair was great but no show on first day as scheduled. Showed up second day.

Repaired. Problem solved.

Dave has a wealth of experience and is relentless in his effort.  The pressure was a mystery to solve. It took 3-4 attempts to resolve the problem.  The only issue is he's in high demand and stays booked.  He may not have time to take on new work around the home.  He specializes in commercial work. Honest, ethical and very fair in pricing.  I can see why he's seldom open

This time we called about our water heater acting up and had scheduled them to install a new one on this day. They came ready to install, but upon examination they told us we just needed new thermostats. He advised us that our heater is indeed old and will need to be replaced in the future, but that they always want to save their customers money whenever they can. I have TOTAL faith in these guys to take care of us properly, with professionalism and efficiency and really do trust that they are looking out for us. This has proven out so many tomes over the years that we want everyone to know! They have our glowing endorsement. :)

Have called them out to repair dishwasher. I am sure their work will be excellent see above.

They were friendly and Customer service oriented. That's hard to find these days,

came out to clear a slow running drain in the kitchen sink. proceeded to completely stop up the line and now we have no water drain in the sink. oh, he did leave the cap off the clean out and told us " you can still use it but the water will just flow out on the ground outside" talked to Gerald himself and he said the boy had worked on it for 2 hours and then gave my wife a bill for the $170.00 and said I needed to call somebody else. he would not reduce my bill so I told him off. if you do any business with them good luck, they don't know "com'er from sic'um", when it comes to plumbing, and really don't care. I left a message with the service and received a call back in a day or so. We set up a time for them to come and check out our washer the following week.  When I contacted my rental agent to see if the tenant was happy with the repair, I found out that they hadn't been there. I contacted the company to ask what had happened and was told that there was a plumbing emergency at a local high school and that they had been there all day.  While I understand that my washer is not as high a priority as a high school without water, it would have been nice to be contacted if the appointment was not going to be kept and be able to reschedule. We were able to reschedule and the repairman contacted me to let me know what was wrong and was honest about the potential cost of the repair being more than buying a new machine. I appreciated his candor and not pushing me to do repairs that weren't necessary.

Greatly appreciate the creativity used to fix our leaky fridge.  Besides completing the regular style fix, extra time, knowledge and imagination were used to stop the leak from recurring.  Very pleased as our 3 year old fridge was a Consumer Reports recommendation and we didn't expect this leak, which has become a common occurrence per online reports.

Took a few calls to get the visit set up.  after that, the service tech showed up as scheduled and did a professional and succesful job at a fair price.
