Well 15 minutes before they were supposed to be here he called and said they'd be here10 minutes late. Honestly I liked that. Instead of wondering... negotiated a fair price and they went to work. Pre treated my soda spills(oops) then steamed cleaned.it. still wish I could send a pic. My carpet was dirty and now looks great. Polite. Knowledgeable.
