This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They deprioritized our repair and never called to notify us that we were pushed to the bottom. When we called to inquire on the status of our repair the woman who took the call was very nasty with us. When we got upset by her treatment of us and the company's complete disregard for our time, she got nastier with us. She informed us that our repair wasn't important because they had more severe repairs to attend to and then hung up on us. This company does not care about you or your time and will make their ineptitude your fault. Their inability to properly schedule work, not accept more work than they can handle, or how they communicate to customers is not the customers responsibility. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

The technician moved the washer out of the way of a bolt in the floor and leveled the washer. He did a much better job leveling it than did the crew that delivered the washer.

This was a very positive experience. Comanche Appliance was
sent to us by Lowe’s with whom we have a Protection Plan. Comanche Appliance
contacted us quickly to set up a repair appointment. The repairman, Brad, was
very polite, efficient and we felt safe with him in our home. After completing
the ordered repairs he noticed that the roller track for the freezer tray was
out of adjustment, which was preventing the freezer door from closing
perfectly. This left a very small space between the seal and the appliance
body, which we had not noticed. Brad made the appropriate adjustments.
We very much appreciate a mechanic who notices problems that he or she has not been told about and corrects them without a
work order.
I unreservedly recommend Comanche Appliance for any appliance repair.
