The barn door replacement went without issue and he did a good job. The roofing job is another story. The metal doesn't appear to have been put on straight and there is a piece that had to be ripped right at the front corner where everyone that comes here sees first. It's very obvious. The remainder of the roof looks pretty good. He did not put end caps on the trim and it looks like there's a hole in the roof. The flashing has indentions where the screws were too short/tight. He said that he would get longer screws and correct that. There is no caulking where the roof meets a exterior wall. He also said he'd fix that. The biggest issue is that he has provided me no paperwork to submit to my insurance company to get some of the deductible that is due and also the insurance company will give me a discount on the metal roof, but I need documents to prove that the work was done. I have tried to contact him at least 20 times since he was last here and gotten no response. He was also supposed to come back and do some more work for me.
