Ed came out with his assistant and used his motor powered snake monster to clear the main pipe running from the house to the alley and all was good. We can shower again !!!! Ed was informative, quick and professional.

He was suppose to put in a 3/4 inch PVC pipeline. He ended up putting in a 1/2 inch line that he thought would be better. After the procedure was done we did not have any water pressure. We tried to get him to pay us for the materials, but he would not give us our money back. We had to have someone else come out and dig everything up to replace the lining.
