He was awesome! He was friendly and got the job done quickly. He even called my mom to make sure the unit was still ok after having to check it one more time. Will definitely call him if I ever have AC issues again.

This guy is soooooo good! He's reasonable, he's on time, couldn't ask for anything better. I had to have my entire unit in the house replaced. He ordered the thing, got it here, in and up and running in 2-days. That's almost a miracle considering where I live.

I had three companies check my A/C - no one could find the problem. It just couldn't cool, freon was leaking somewhere, but no one could find where and couldn't fix it. Vance found the leak in less than 15 minutes, contacted the manufacturerer and a new unit was shipped the same day. The thing was still under warranty so there was no cost involved other than his charge for removing the old and installing the new. I've used him twice since then for A/C problems, none as big as the first, and he has been here quickly, the problem was taken care of quickly, and his charge is always reasonable.
