Before we were put in touch with Service by Scott I had contacted 3 other local highly recommended plumbers. One gave an estimate of almost 2 thousand dollars, another refused to give an estimate and even went so far to say he did not understand how plumber #1 could possibly give me any kind of quote. Plumber #3 never even showed up. Service by Scott not only showed up but showed up on time and had the work done in less than 3 hours and best of all charged me almost half of what had been quoted. I have used them again and will continue to use them and have recommended them to others.

Wonderful!!! We contacted other local plumbers and had been given estimates of $1800.00. One provider would not even give an estimate.  Two other providers did not even show up. Not only did Service by Scott show up on time, they finished the job in 3 hours. Not only do I highly recommend them I have  used them since for an unrelated plumbing matter.

Good prompt service.  They were able to come at the time I asked for.  I was very pleased.  Brandon was courteous and professional.

The experience was wonderful!  They do excellent work, and they were very polite, prompt and courteous.  Most of the work was outside, and it rained which delayed their progress.  Although they did a good job, I thought they were a little high priced.  They came the same day I called.  I would use them again.

Sounds pricey for "just" a hot water heater - BUT - my house is old, and it didn't even have an outside vent for the heater.  Additionally, all the pipes coming and going were over 30-years old, so I had those replaced, too.  He actually had to drill a vent through the outside brick of the house and redo the holes going up through the ceiling.  I' ve used this guy for 7-years, and he's been great every time.  I've called at night, on weekends, he's always responsive.  The only problem is, sometimes there's a little wait, because he has a tremendous business that extends quite a ways outside this little town.  But he's worth the wait.  I've never had to have any replaced or redone once he's done the job.  Can't say enough good things about him and his son (who works with him).
