.Took eaves down to gain complete coverage,even things I had forgotten, (bird feeder, wind chimes etc). Pressure washed using bleach for mildew areas. Spray painted then brushed wet paint to assure adhesion. Even put second coat on side with high sun exposure.Needed one more gallon to finish and paid for it himself.

He is polite, respectful, pays attention to detail, honest - I paid after the work was complete and would recommend him to anyone. I felt like his top priority because he never left for a different job. I have nothing but good things to say about him.
