It went very well. He came in on his day off to get it done. He showed great concern for my pet. Towne Center Animal Hospital is a well run business.

We did have some cats, we have a new dog now that we take there. The vet is just very caring and reasonable in cost. It is a family run operation. They are really good.

Dr. Correll is awesome! He is so calm with the animals, even the mean ones like my cat! He is very informative and answers all my questions, spending as much time as needed. You can tell he genuinely cares about animals! HIs prices have gone up a little since the last time I was there, but they're probably pretty competitive with other veterinarians in the area.

I found out it was allergy related and no one had ever told me that before so I was very happy to get a diagnosis. He was a very good doctor. The bill was reasonable for what I received. I liked that it was family run, had been in business a long time, and it was convenient to my area.

I love my vet. They have a family run and the whole family does the practice. I really like the vet itself; anytime I have emergency with my dog and he is been there. He is very calming, assuring and friendly. My dog loves them.

Dr. Carrel purchased the practiced and his wife had been a veterinarian assistant to the former veterinarian. The first time I met him was when he put our cat down which was unfortunate. They are outstanding. They cremated my cat and put her in a cedar box with their name on a brass plate. They are very compassionate, punctual, an professional. The doctor came in on labor day to put my cat down so that she wouldn't suffer anymore, that's just the kind of people they are. They are just great people.

Towne Center Animal Hospital is a family operated pet hospital. Dr. Correll, his wife and all his three children are vets at the hospital. They are all really compassionate, kind and gentle people. They put the pets to sleep in a cedar box with its name on the box. The box has a brass lock and the keys hanging together. They are very responsive and very professional. They are very punctual. When my cat got sick in 2005, she was diagnosed with bladder cancer. It was a labor day when she had got really sick. I called Dr. Kent Correll and asked him what I could do to get my cat through the holiday. He said nothing and just asked me to meet him at the clinic in fifteen minutes. It was really hard. He could have just asked me to give the cat some aspirin but he said nothing. He drove all the way from Ft. Worth and met with us at the clinic on Labor Day. It was horrible but I think that’s how doctors are; they always forget their holiday and give priority to their duty. One more thing that I noticed about Dr. Correll is that if there is something that he does not handle, he would put us with who he believes can solve the problem. I know this personally, because with my first dog Dr. Correll did all kinds of tests but we couldn’t determine that she had cancer, so he sent us to another specialist who was able to ultra sound tests and determine it. Dr. Correll doesn’t just accept or be satisfied by things but he works to find the answer to a problem and its treatment.
