My husband was back flushing the pool when the valve got stuck and he could not get it to move.  I called a few pool service ads on Angies List and Meyer's was the first to call back and make an appointment to come out quickly.  As this was the day before Thanksgiving and we were not going to be home for a few days, this was an incredible relief to find someone who could come out that day.  Rodney did a great job - he gave us instructions on what to do next time and left extra parts.  We will use him again for our pool service.

Rodney went above and beyond my expectations to solve some longtime issues I had with my pool. He fixed the algae problem and worked with me to figure out why the cleaner wasn't working. He even let me borrow his cleaner for troubleshooting. He did fix the problem for a very reasonable cost. We are very pleased with the service from Meyer's Pool Care.

Rodney quickly set up an appointment with us and evaluated our pool. He gave us two different options to fix the problem with our pool. He explained both options to my husband and myself. We decided to go with the option of draining our pool to resolve the problem. Rodney worked hard to clean our pool once it was drained. He explained when we was done, he would fill it up with water and return the next day to add chemicals. He returned the next day true to his word to take care of the chemicals. Our pool looks amazing since Rodney worked his magic. We liked Rodney's work so much, we now have him come weekly to clean and balance our pool.

They charge $150 a month. They show up when they say they're going to. They notify me if they see anything that needs to be repaired and they ask for my permission to repair it. Their price is a little bit higher than the last company I used but that company was unreliable.

We knew nothing about pool service and maintenance. Prior owners did not maintain the pool well. Rodney and team got the pool in beautiful shape. He assisted us in removing the rusted diving board and replaced it with a beautiful diving rock. He always answers calls and emails timely. Service is prompt and thorough. We would highly recommend him for any pool related services!

Rodney was amazing.  He called us right back after I had left him  message.  We were originally going to use another service, and that guy was so slow returning calls.  I called Rodney, told him we were beginning to go into panic mode and he came right out.  He put a lot of time into cleaning the filtration system. We had cracked pipes so he had a plumber come out. He was at the house daily until the problem cleared up.  We are most definitely planning on using him in the future.

Rodney is the sort of person you want to work with, he is honest, educates and explains.  Our pool needs some maintenance beyond the routine.  Rodney explained which items could wait and why there were others that should be addressed sooner rather than later.  They have been able to address the maintenance issues as they said they would.

I spoke with Rodney Meyer (the owner) directly when I first called.  He came at my earliest convenience, checked the water and inspected the equipment.  We discussed my continuous problems with the Polaris.  I was thankful that he didn't immediately say, "get a new one."  Instead he offered a couple solutions which he has addressed.
I've been a pool owner for over 25 years so I am not completely unknowing.  Rodney was very knowledgeable and professional and clearly explained what needed to be done and why.
I was so impressed with him that I signed up for their weekly service.  My pool looks the best it ever has and I don't have to spend my weekends messing with it.  I like that Meyer's will be checking the equipment as that seems to be where problems begin.
My overall impression is that Rodney takes pride in his work and the reputation of his company.

Rodney and his staff have been such a blessing to us.  We moved into this house a little over a year ago and immediately hired a pool company to help with monthly maintenance.  Our pool has been a nightmare ever since until we fired that company and found Rodney on Angie's list.  He was quick to respond and give us a quote for some repair work as well as monthly service.  We discovered we had a leak and he took care of it immediately.  He has gotten our pool back into great condition.  He made any and all repairs in a very timely manner and at a very reasonable price.  We now use him for our monthly pool service.  He is the best.  We are extremely satisfied and think he is worth every penny!!  Very professional, reliable, honest and always quick to answer any calls or questions and does an excellent job at maintaining our pool.

There is no other pool company out there that I would recommend.  When we purchased our house last summer I was clueless when it came to taking care of the pool.  After calling about six or seven companies everyone was too busy for me to give a hand.  When I called Rodney he came out the next day and took the time to explain everything to me, and wasn't trying to push products.  He showed me the basics of taking care of my pool and I had them out to clean the main pool filter and re-mastic the pool deck.
If you are looking for an honest guy and someone who will take care of your pool, Rodney is the guy you need to call.  My wife is a real estate agent and recommends him on every pool inspection and for new clients as well.

They were very helpful and educational in the service that they performed. They could’ve done less work for less money, but I would’ve had to call them back several more times to replace additional parts. So they educated me on what they recommended doing and why they recommended doing it. They were quick to come out and fit me into their schedule even though they were pretty busy. I am very satisfied with their service and I would recommend them.

Would definitely recommend this company for your pool needs.  They are very professional and I was satisfied with their work.  Had a small pump leak after they had cleaned filter, but they were out FIRST thing the next morning to fix it.  Very prompt and showed up on time.  Will be using them in the future
