I located Madeline by way of an internet search. After contacting her on the web site about selling my home, she replied to my inquiry that very same day. We sold our home and purchased a new home through Madeline. This was our first experience using a realtor, and we had many questions about the process. Madeline answered every question completely and helped us become knowledgeable buyers/sellers. She took excellent pictures of our house for the listing and even made a video and flyers for people to look at. Shortly after listing, we received an offer on our home and she negotiated our contract very well, keeping our best interest in mind. After receiving a contract on our house, we began looking for a new place to live. She was great. She was really attentive and really first class. She didn't charge us any extra other than the real estate fees, but she did a lot more work by keeping us appraised, sending us photographs, and everything else. It was more than we could've expected. She was good.
