It looks amazing! My yard has consistently been the nicest yard on the street. I’m having them do my leaf service bc of how good they did last year.

Lawnsmith is a wonderful company to hire. The whole team of guys that came out were so professional and polite. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up all the mess behind them. I would have lawnsmith come out on a regular basis. Thanks lawnsmith.

DEAD PLANTS, POOR DESIGN, SLOW TO RESPOND, REFUSES TO FINISH JOB OR REPLY. I would NOT hire this company ever again. Here are the highlights: -When selecting a landscaper, I was very specific to make sure they would be able to handle design and plant selection/recommendations, irrigation and lighting. Andrew assured me his company could do it all. Turns out, they are not proficient in any of the three. -I have 3 dead bushes that I notified Andrew about repeatedly (he even noticed on 6/13, 8 days after planting). He refuses to replace them. He sent me a check instead. So now I have to find another company to replace only 3 bushes? I'm sure they will be lining up to do that (ha). He also will not return my texts, calls or emails because he said he doesn't think he can make me happy. I replied no one would be happy with dead plants! -The 2 beds he "designed" and planted are completely overgrown by one plant. You can barely see the bushes and rocks . See attached pictures. -It took from 5/2 to 7/9 to get everything planted and completed. I had 2 beds and about 16 bushes planted. (Note: he does not work on Tuesday or Thursday, which I did not find out until after project was started.) Beware - this company does not know what they are doing and will walk away if you ask them to make their mistakes right.

Andrew does a terrific job. We started by using him for autumn leaf cleanup, but when I mentioned needing some landscaping, he offered to help with that as well. He is extremely knowledgeable about the types of plants and what will do best in our climate. He listens to what we want and goes out of his way to make it happen. He is quick to respond to phone calls, emails, or texts. Billing is fair and reasonable. We are very happy with this service.

I was very pleased with the gentleman that came to look at the work I wanted done. He left me with the impression that he wanted the job and would provide me with detail information for the work to be done and the cost of the job. I never heard back from him. I sent him an inquiry email and never received a response back. I was very disappointed.

Excellent! Always professional, reliable and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a hassle free experience. 5 stars in by book :)
