Tutoring
This was the first time in 4 years of trying to figure this out that we found the answers. Our school district was not set up to test properly for or identify this issue which was the result of a lack of teaching, and NOT a learning disability.
From the time we received the test results we recognized the holes and the wonderful thing was that Kumon had a proven way to teach, fill holes and create reading and most importantly writing success.
Ms. Van Buskirk, Center Director, has a Phd in Mathematics and Economics. She uses her education, teaching background and curiosity to help children flourish and succeed in school both in Math and Language Arts Skills.
Our family Highly Recommends Kumon for either catching up to grade level OR helping a child strive to reach his/her potential beyond their current grade level and curriculum.
