kenneth was hired to do a remodel job and did not come close to completing the work. He said he ordered the cork and tile flooring as well as the iron railings and stair wood. He said all materials were in and needed to be paid for so I wrote the check and as it turned out he had never done any of it.
He came with references and I checked everyone of them. He stole over $10K and left me with a house with wires hanging from the ceiling and concrete floors. We have lived that way for months as I have tried to save more to complete this job.
Mr Collins lied repeatedly and was very unreliable.
