Went very well. Corey and Robert arrived on time, diagnosed problem, advised Directv guy when he 28miraculously)arrived shortly later. Seem professional, efficient, fast and polite. Provided written response for all of my questions. Asked them to bid on more work. Cant comment on price yet as I have not received bill.

I looked at several firms for this large project. I liked the personalized service that HTT provided. The owner, James Westbrook, visited our home personally. He listened during the pre-sales process to ensure that the system would meet our needs and I never felt that he was over-selling me. He provided detailed quotations with the pricing, so the process was transparent. The other providers did not come close to this experience.
Then, HTT was very flexible with us on installation timing. They did a high quality job and the installation staff were courteous. I would personally recommend HTT to friends and family.
