Fast and great work

Timely professional service at a fair price. They met every commitment and showed up when they said they would. They even provided a schedule of events so we could follow what was going on. They weren't the lowest bid but they were close. We are very pleased with the results and happy we went with them.

I basically got charged $150 / hour for people who couldn't find the problem.  I had to call for three weeks just to get them to come out.  Then they show up, don't fix or even diagnose my problem, then just decide to leave.  I show up at store to pay bill, $900 p***** away.  What a great business.  My neighbor said they were here for 2 hours.  I would have gladly paid them more to FIX THE PROBLEM, but do not feel like calling for 3 more weeks to get them to come out.  Too bad, a friend of mine up the street recommended them, but only because they reimbursed him for destroying his windows on his house when sandblasting his pool.  Save your time and money and call someone else. 

I don't mind paying top dollar for great service and results, but these are not the folks you want.  I will pressure test piping and find the leak myself.  btw, I am a registered engineer in Texas, I do know what I am talking about.  Just thought it would be better to have someone else do the work.  Live and learn.

So far, everything is wonderful.  The new pump really moves the water around more than our old pump did.  It is also super quiet.  You can barely hear it running, even when it is on high.

Drew is the service guy and I highly recommend him. I have been using them since August of 2014. Rebecca is the manager and if I ever have any issues she is great and very responsive. She is also very friendly. Drew scoops the pool, checks the pump, and adds the chemicals.

The representative from Hart was very professional and timely. I have been using Hart Pools for over 10 years and have never been disappointed.

They are good and we like them a lot. We have not had them out in probably two years now but we go to their location all the time to get our water tested. The water testing is for free. They always remember us when we walk in the door which is really nice.

The installation was done well and on a timely basis. i was going to get stainless steel but they suggested I think about a colored rail to go with my stone covering. Glad I did..it looks great!
They are my weekly go to place to have my water checked. They are super knowledgable and friendly to deal with.

I called about 4 pool service companies from Angie's List and none of them did deck work. Two did refer me to concrete companies. Hart Pool was the only one that gave me a rough quote when I stopped by the store (around $277). When we did decide to go with Hart Pool, I left them a picture of the work to be done. They didn't get back til the next day to schedule service. They told me between 9-12. The day of service I called to get an ETA, but they said they'd be there in the afternoon. Alan came out after lunch and took a look (10 minutes) and said he would order the parts and call me when they came in. He came out the next day to do the work. He didn't have a 3/4" socket wrench so he borrowed ours. Borrowed our dustpan because he didn't bring his. Area was clean. Came back 3 days later to put diving board back on which I think we could've done ourselves and saved 20 minutes of labor charges, and he borrowed our socket wrench again. Job was done well though.

Had to call several times to get them to come out & quote. Had to call several times to get them to schedule the work. Took them approximately One month from first call in June to get the tile work completed. Did an average job on the pool tile. They are not as evenly spaced and as good looking as the original pool work. Took Three days to do work, left tile in bottom of pool during that time and bent & tore my leaf skimmer "scoop". Fixed pump, took two days.

THEY WERE FAST, EFFICIENT AND EAGER TO HELP AND ANSWER ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS. I HAD NO PROBLEMS AT ALL.

A LITTLE SLOW IN RESPONDING. THEY DID FOLLOW THROUGH WHEN THEY HAD TO ORDER A PART.
