They gave us a very low bid and underestimated the material significantly.  I offered to pay them at the per sq foot rate.  Very difficult job.

Although we did not use this company to install radiant barrier, Mark Delgado is certainly knowledgeable about the product. Very thorough and professional in his approach and assessment of our overall energy saving needs. His price estimate was competitive (in two cases well over $1000 less expensive for the same square footage). However, after several other estimates and additional opinions as to the different aspects of installation ( and additional services) we decided to utilize another firm.

Mark Delgado is the owner of the company. They put in a blanket which is much more effective and it?s something new that has been created. It?s good especially for second story houses. They did a great job and the house was much cooler within two days. They first gave me an estimate on Wednesday. It cost us $2679 for about 4000 square feet. The estimate was for both tax and labor. There was a 30% off with tax credit. They were great. I didn?t compare their price with any other company. I was referred to them by one of the other people from whom I had got an estimate for solar panels and they had recommended this type of treatment. They told me that it was better than the spray and insulation. I found couple of other people with this and they were very happy. They have a really nice brochure that talks about as to how they actually came up with it. It?s a silvery kind of material and it?s not paper. It?s much thicker than paper. I am happy with the price that they quoted. It took about two day for everything to be fine. They were very quick and were here at 7 o?clock in the morning. They were very professional too. I would definitely use their services in the future too.
