I asked him over the phone how much it would cost and if it would be better to replace my dryer.  He asked me if I had checked my duct work, which I had not.  Over the phone he told me how to check the duct work and my dryer started to heat just like normal.  He is extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer questions.  He does not try to sell me something I do not need.  I can trust him and what he is telling me, which is worth a lot.

Randi, the woman answering the phones was very sweet and returned all of my calls. The service man was professional and gave an honest prognosis of my dishwasher. He did not overcharge me. I was very impressed by this company, as usual.

Repairman arrived 45 minutes late. I described the problem and told him I had just moved cross-country. He inspected the washing machine and moved it about 2''. He ran the machine for a few minutes without laundry and declared the washer fixed. He left and I started a load of laundry. Five minutes later, the washer was jumping all over the floor and making a horrible racket. Which was the reason I needed it repaired in the first place! I called the company immediately and they were unable to send the repairman back that day. I requested a different repairman, since this one clearly did not fix the problem. The company said that was not possible. The next day, the same repairman showed up and removed shipping material that was attached behind the front panel. He also hooked up the dryer vent for me. But unfortunately used the accordion-pleated, flexible tubing that is NOT appropriate to vent dryers. He charged me $10.00 for a 2 ft. length of this material. Ridiculous!

HE WAS FRIENDLY AND ON TIME. THE REPAIRMAN KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND TOOK CARE OF ALL OUR NEEDS. WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN, IF WE NEED REPAIRS.
