AQUAFIRST SPRINKLER REPAIR

Carlos and his son did an excellent job, completing all the work in 2 days. In getting the estimate, Carlos told me he wasn’t the cheapest or the most expensive, but he’d do it right. Work has been done for 3 months now, system is working great, and the grass is the fullest it’s been in years. Best service I’ve had from any contractor. Thank you.

I had a broken sprinkler pipe, and also wanted someone to run a tune up on my system. The office was very professional in setting up an appointment, explaining their price structure, and giving a rough estimate on what I may expect to pay. Pedro arrived on time and did a an excellent job fixing the problems I had. Final cost was less than I had anticipated (and the original estimate). In the past I would have messed around trying to fix the problem myself. Not anymore. Problem with sprinklers - call Aquafirst!

Carlos and Sara should be commended for their customer service. The repairs made on my sprinkler system were professionally and in timely manner. what was really impressive was when another issue was discovered, Carlos worked into the night until the problem was resolved. I will not hesitate to call Aqua First when the need comes up.

I was given a 2:00 - 3:00pm time window for arrival. The service guy showed up right at 3:00 exactly. I told him zone 4 was not working and I had no idea where the valve was located (16 years of dirt and grass growth had them covered). He searched the yard using a detector and located a valve. It turned out to be the wrong zone. He continued the search and quickly figured out all the valves for the front yard were basically in the same location. He tested to make sure it was the valve and not the wiring to the valve. He did the repair, put the grass back in place and was done.

It took him right at an hour as they had predicted on the phone and the bill was exactly what they had told me. What I really liked about the service guy is that I am the curious type and he explained the what he was doing and why.

These guys are fast, efficient, reasonably priced and I would definitely use them again.

With regard to price, they were competitive. With regard to professionalism, they were good.

Aquafirst did a great job and the price was reasonable. My sprinkler control box kept blowing its fuse. Aquafirst replaced the solenoid causing the issue. While they were out, I asked them to move a sprinkler head a few feet and adjust the spray on a different one.
The gentleman that came out was friendly and professional and did a quality job. I had new sod put into my background earlier in the year. While the repairman was replacing the broken solenoid, he noticed the ground box that with additional solenoids that sat next to the box with the solenoid he was working on had been planted over by my sod company. I didn't know the sod company had did that. He uncovered the box and placed the sod in an area that needed it. For the sprinkler he moved, he did a great job digging and replacing the sod. You could hardly notice where he had dug up the sprinkler. Great work.
After replacing the control box fuse, he confirmed all of the sprinkler settings were set correctly.
I felt the price was good for the work performed. I would recommend them and use them again.

After testing the transformer and the fuse of the sprinkler system, Brett determined that the controller needed to be replaced. After replacing the controller, Brett programmed the system and then checked each station. He determined that there was an issue with the second station and did further investigation. He finally found a leaky pipe near the base of the mailbox. We re-scheduled a time to fix that leak.

Both Brett Macnelly, the owner, and Chris, his tech, were great. I set the appointment with Brett for two days after I called. Brett called me the night before to confirm, which I wasn't expecting but appreciated. His tech Chris was prompt and was very efficient. He located my valve with his locator wand, replaced the valve and still had time to test my system, clean out a few sprinkler heads and replace 1 broken sprinkler all under 1 hour.
I was expecting a invoice of about $175 for parts and labor and to my surprise it was $128.04.
If you're looking for a good trustworthy sprinkler repair company, then don't waste your time reading other reviews. Call these guys!

East to set appointment. They called the night before to confirm. Showed up right at the appointed time and completed the repair work to my satisfaction at a reasonable price. Can't think of anything more I would ask of a service like this.

Our sprinkler system is about 30 years old and has had a lot of do-it-yourself repairs done to it over the years. In other words, it was a big kluge. Aquafirst made about 3 visits here and worked like crazy on it for a total of about 12 hours, but they got it figured out and working again. These guys know their stuff. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Excellent. Saw the service tech performing work for a neighbor, asked for a card and received professional courtesy in a brief discussion. Called Brett, scheduled time for later in week, and service tech arrived on-time as expected. Worked diligently to complete repairs, seemed very knowledgeable, and was more than happy to explain how I could maintain/repairs system myself in the future. Did not charge extra for valve locator use, charged a competitive rate, and had a $20 off coupon on their website which set them apart from the other lousy repair companies out there.
All in all, great experience and I will call back again as needed...when of course I can't/dont want to fix something myself!

I found this company on Angieslist and am so pleased with them. They returned my call promptly and arrived as scheduled the next morning. I expected the invoice to be much higher as other companies I'd called were saying that it sounded like there were wiring issues and numerous problems that would drive up the price. Total cost was just over $132 including labor, parts and tax. They did the work quickly, efficiently and everything is working again. I definitely recommend this company based on my experience.

He showed me where the problems were and explained everything to me. He told me what the cost was for everything. He fixed things, showed me how everything was fixed. He was enthusiastic. He was proud of the company he works for. It was a wonderful experience. I was not tricked or pressured into paying for the project.

Came on time, efficient, patient going to site to show me how different heads are working.
