The team was very communicative and responsive. Ryan did my bid and had it to me instantly. He was very helpful in modifying it as needed. Shannon was always pleasant to work with and accommodating with invoicing and payment. Michelle was communicative and flexible throughout the project.

GREAT! Ryan (the owner) was prompt and professional with his estimate. We were very impressed with this young man and how he handled the "bid" visit. Very different from other paint contractors we have worked with. After receiving his work estimate, we felt without a doubt he was the painter for us! His use of electronic communication was also impressive. When his crew arrived, they were polite, courteous a professional. They did a great job of protecting our brick and foundation plantings. No over-spray at all that I have noticed. The crew was quick, thorough and cleaned up after they finished. We were very pleased with Alliance's work on this project and would recommend them to anyone. We would definitely hire again.

I highly recommend Ryan and his team. I am very pleased with the entire process from the initial estimate, the ongoing communication, the paint color selection process, and the final product. I have very high expectations and they were exceeded. Ryan is an excellent communicator and very professional. There is attention to every detail. An automated project management & communication software is used (Basecamp), which is excellent. Being an IT project manager myself, this was an excellent comms and status tool. His team is awesome!! They are very professional. I've never had a crew come to my home where each member of the team introduced themselves and shook my hand. Jonathan was great! He listened to my concerns and kept me updated on the progress everyday while I wasn't at home. The quality of the work was excellent. My scope included drywall repair, repainting some very bold colors (red & navy blue) in a number of rooms to beige, and caulking. The final walkthrough with the blue tabs was the best. Ryan encouraged me not to be shy if something wasn't up to my expectations. Being a new set of eyes, I saw a few things which needed touched up, which is expected. The team was still there and immediately addressed it. The clean up process was also excellent. I found Alliance Painting through Angie's List. They are top rated. My experience reflects why they are rated so highly.

Outstanding !! Ryan showed up on time and, using a pad, provided a quote before he left. Very through in the process. Alliance was able to meet our timelines, which were pretty tight, since a crew was finishing up. They came the very next day to begin. The crew was on time and worked hard for probably 10hrs each day. They did a great job and were not at all disruptive - we practically forgot they were here. Ryan came by each day to personally check on the work and answer any questions. The communication was terrific. Alliance uses a software program called BaseCamp to manage their projects. They post updates and answer any questions you may have posted. This removes the normal hassle to calling, leaving a voicemail and then playing phone tag. BaseCamp also gave us a check list of things to do (select paint colors), timelines, etc.. Very useful. The project was completed early and was of excellent quality. The crew, Jorge and Alex, were polite and efficient. NOTE: Jorge also spoke english ! Not something you can count on these days. Overall, this was the most satisfactory experience I've ever had with a contractor, and this (sadly) represents decades and decades. I recommend Alliance without the slightest reservation.

When Ryan came to our home to do the estimate, i was convinced to use him after 10 minutes of meeting him. He was 1) prompt 2) organized 3) articulate 4) transparent and 5) tech savvy. The internet based tools he used to provide not only the estimate, but the services, helped us to communicate in a timely and professional fashion. The information was organized and easy to understand. His wife came to our home and helped us pick colors which turned out perfectly for not only our decor, but our overall theme/style of the home. She was truly a huge help and has a wonderful personality; a joy to work with. The team performed the work in a timely fashion, leaving behind no mess. They taped off and covered areas very well. The paint was done almost flawlessly. Any concerns I had were remedied when we did our final walk through. At the walk through, all my concerns were remedied and even things I didnt notice were fixed. Would i recommend? Yes. In fact, im considering hiring them again in the future for a couple other painting projects.

Ryan and his crew did a fantastic job. We wanted to stay in our home during the painting and they were accommodating. The design consultation helped us decide on the color we wanted and the end result was amazing. The whole job took about a week. This was the only company who would address painting our interior shutters which came out beautiful. They had to repair multiple areas of drywall and retexture. The end result was great. The crew was very efficient but attentive to detail which I believe sets them apart from others.

It was a great experience. Ryan was great to deal with. His wife, Sarah, helped me decide what colors we needed inside, which saved me, as I was really stressed about picking a color (we've had white walls for 18+ years!). She was awesome! His crew arrived in a timely fashion and were really hard workers. They were also very personable, polite and respectful. I enjoyed working with them all! We are very happy with how everything turned out - they did a fantastic job!

From the initial visit to discuss scope and determine estimate to the final day of touch ups, Ryan and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. And, the work is impressive - we are very happy. Ryan's team was very open to ongoing communication and discussion about progress and direction. I don't hover, and in this case, I had absolute no need to. My comfort level remained at an all time high as compared to other experiences with contractors. This team is clearly professional, personable, talented, and they truly have the client's interest as priority. I was particularly impressed with how well received my requests for touch ups were, which defined their true intent to only finish when the client is happy. Also, it's important to note that the care they took to protect my house while working was very detailed. They place a lot of focus on taping off the kitchen, covering the floors throughout the living area, covering the counters, etc. I realize now how important this process is and know not all contractors include this process in their scope of work. We look forward to working with this team again when we tackle another room.

Ryan (owner) was great! He came out the next day to look at the job and give us a quote on the spot. He was very professional, listened and talked about what the crew typically does on a job. The crew was fantastic-punctual, professional and VERY hard working. Each day, Ryan, himself or his project manager, Joe came out to check on the job to make sure I was satisfied with the work. They did a great job and we are very pleased with the work. I would highly recommend hiring Ryan for all your painting needs!

Ryan Anderson did a very comprehensive estimate and stuck to the details. The crew was courteous and professional - showed up on time each day and kept the job site clean. Excellent paint coverage too. No over spray and only a tiny amount of damage to the shrubs. I will hire them again when we decide to paint the INSIDE!

With so many professional painters to choose from, we chose 360 due to the professionalism Ryan demonstrated during the estimate phase. Everything was clearly laid out and explained so that we knew what to expect. The team we had did not disappoint. They were faithful and punctual in their arrivals. It took the days to complete the project, and they began to feel like family. They made sure we were pleased with each detail. The painters went above and beyond, and we would highly recommend Ryan and his crew.

Our painting project consisted of the exterior of the house, a long wrought iron fence, two wooden fences, the Master Bathroom and some staining in the kitchen and Family Room. It was a pretty diverse set of painting skills but all were done extremely well. Ryan and Scott made sure things were done properly and inspected the work to make sure it was done perfectly.
They did a particularly good job of prepping and masking to make sure the paint went where it was supposed to go. One measure of how well they did came two days after they left. We had professional windows washers come in and they reported there was no paint on any window.
We appreciated their tidying up each day and not leaving us with a temporary mess. At the end of the job, there was very little clean up required by us.

Decided to paint my deck myself and made a mess of it! After two coats of paint ( didn't like the first color so applied a second coat a week later ) and another 5 days of waiting for it to dry, I gave up and called Ryan. He came right out and, as expected, told me I'd probably used too much paint. Was also concerned that my original deck might have been oil based, and I was applying latex, not a good mix. He said he'd talk to his Sherwin Williams paint rep and get his opinion. Called back in one day to tell me 1. the rep thought the paint would eventually attach and dry and to give it three more weeks and 2. to call him and let him know how it was at that time. He said he COULD start over for me, sand the deck, treat the deck, paint the deck, but "why spend your money if you don't have to". Will absolutely call him to apply that next coat of paint and for all other painting needs. I like an honest person willing to work with me to get a good result.

From start to finish the team were very professional. We are extremely pleased with the results. Ryan the owner and Scott the project manager were both on hand every day several times a day checking progress and quality. We would certainly recommend the company to others and would use them on any future projects.
