All Star Maids

Very good.

1. They were late by almost an hour. 2. I got two, so that should be 3 hours. They stayed for less than 2. I have my husband and son as witnesses. 3. I didn't know they were leaving until they were going out the door. 4. After they left, I found dust in every single room. No windowsills were touched, no picture frames were dusted, and my mirrors weren't done. 5. I had to remop the kitchen floor. 6. They did do a decent job restacking the garage sale stuff I was working on.

First time cleaning, the girls ruined the top of a month old buffet. Not thorough, rush through to get on to the next appointment, found missed areas all over...floors, counters, furniture, mirrors - horrible. One gal wasn't moving items to sweep and mop the floors, went around them, when asked to move them and clean, gave me an attitude and nasty looks the rest of the appointment. 2 appointments showed up late, no call. Owners are nice (reason why I gave a C and not less), but them being nice doesn't get my house cleaned properly! Needless to say, I only had them cleaning for maybe 6 months, that was plenty of time to give them chances.

Second use of this service. The first use went well after we finally heard from the lady in charge and the two ladies that did the work were excellent. Super happy! The second appointment was scheduled for noon, (we already had the morning scheduled elsewhere). When we arrived home at 11:30, the ladies had been sitting there since 10:15. One of them had another appointment and their boss decided to send them early, without notifying us. This put the ladies in a big rush and the resulting work done was TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY. I put the entire problem as a major lack of business ability on their boss!! We will never use this business again!

House was very clean.

The house smelled so clean!! They were very efficient and all was done well, but they missed the blinds in the TV room and the baseboards.

The house looked good but wasn't any cleaner or better than when I do it. The cost was extravagant.

The cleaning was average and acceptable.

Had them out twice. First experience could not have gone better exclamation! Everything was cleaned beyond my expectations. Perhaps because I had such a high quality experience the first time, I was a little disappointed at the quality of the cleaning the second time. The floors look like they had been spot mopped and there were definitely areas that were missed. Overall, they were professional, punctual, and did a good job.

Due to the communication barrier, several things were left uncleaned. The work was a bit sloppy and not done to my satisfaction.

After going back and forth with them for over 2 weeks,they sent 2 maids for what was supposed to be 3 hours. They did a "wonky" job cleaning and stopped before done because they had other jobs to do and wanted us to reschedule to have them come back out to finish. Would not waste my money or time with this one.

Fantastic! We will ask for the same ladies next time.

The maids arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule.  My wife had them start in rooms that were clutter free, while my wife and I uncluttered the rest of the rooms.  In what normally took us an hour or more to clean took the maid service minutes and it was spotless and to my satisfaction.  We have pets, so not all the corners of the carpet were pet hair free, but their work was good enough where all I had to do was pick up the clumps where I could see them.  The only issue I had was with our guest bathroom that we have our two toddlers use.  We had a child safety lock on the toilet seat and it seemed that the maids could not operate it the lock correctly and just ripped through the lock.  I am not upset with what they did, I just wish they had come ask us to operate the lock.  Other than that, everything was perfect and went swimmingly.

They did really good. They actually did a better job than the maids that I've had in the past. For a deep cleaning the price was really reasonable. They cleaned the house pretty fast. They did a really good job. They moved my couches and they cleaned underneath them. I felt like they did a really thorough job.

Two women cleaned my home from top to bottom.  They were friendly and worked the entire time.  I will use them again and again.
