Wolf Creek Car Wash-Oil Change

Well..at the time I thought I was getting good service...went there several times for an oil change for my truck over the 3 years. Today I went to trade in my truck and they ran a carfax report. It was brought to my attention that there discrepancies with my mileage. I had 44,000 miles on my truck, according to my report, Wolf Creek Oil Change &Lubes reported my mileage was: 1/4/2019 - 53, 836; 5/3/2019 - 66, 709; 6/21/2019 - 73,653; 8/9/2019- 79, 653; 11/8/2019-87,403; 1/24/2020 -92,521 (oil change) and state inspection 81,055. Besides the weird dates for oil changes, the mileage was so wrong that I was questioned if I had tampered with my odometer. Because the incompetent staff that can't read an odometer, the report screwed me out of a good offer for my truck. DONT USE THIS COMPANY, I GUESS THEY MAKE UP ODOMETER NUMBERS.

business was slow and I inadvertantly and quot;suprisedand quot; the attendants who were cutting up in the office. otherwise, great service, including oil change, fluids and tire pressure check, and washed my windows. they did sell me a $30 set of windshield wipers once, convincing me that were worth it for safety reasons. same with a premium oil they use; sometimes I feel that they may be taking advantage of me being a female

They are a little spendy, but they do a great job getting the car very clean in a prompt manner.  The cashier and staff could be a little friendlier, but they are still somewhat friendly.  They vacuum inside and clean everything.  I am very satisfied with their work and would use them again.

I went for car wash (Mon -Wed is Senior discount days) and in the check in, attendant found chip in windshield that had not been repaired. While waiting on my car to be washed , they repaired my windshield, filed with my insurance which pays for repairs in a very timely manner. Everyone that I dealt with was friendly and professional.

They were extremely satisfactory. The prices are very reasonable. I like that they want you to sit in your car while they do all the services. They roll up a little portable air conditioner to blow on you while you're waiting here in the summertime. I thought that was very good. Everybody were very courteous. They asked me questions about my car and things like that. Everything was excellent.
