Windham Construction is a full service construction company serving the Brazos Valley and the surrounding areas with over 20 years of experience. Owner Brian Windham is a College Station native who, with his skilled construction crew and strong working relationships with local contractors, is able to maintain the utmost integrity with their clients while providing outstanding service and beautiful results. Windham Construction ensures that their clients are involved in all aspects of the construction process because customer service and satisfaction are a top priority. Brian's wife, Alison, also offers a design service as part of Windham Construction to help guide customers to beautiful results for any project. Having two children and being active in Bryan/College Station organizations and events give Brian and Alison a vested interest in the local community. They strive to remain current and meet any needs their customers might look for in future projects. Brian, Alison and the Windham Construction crew are dedicated to serving their clients with quality service and products without question.

Mr Dallas is very friendly. He took me to see some of the work they had done on a pergola. (it was falling apart but could have been owners fault)
We received his estimate in a timely manner by e-mail. Mr Dallas admitted that he did not understand exactly what work we wanted done but even so the estimate was and quot;offand quot;. It was an itemized estimate and many of the prices quoted didn't make sense to us. Ultimately we went with another company. Mr Dallas was still friendly and asked us to call again in the future.
They gave me an estimate and began the work on schedule. They found some more fence posts that needed to be replaced and some other areas of my home that needed minor work -- they gave me a price on everything before moving ahead and the prices were consistent and fair. The quality of the work seemed very high and I was very pleased with the final results.
