The original tile and carpet were removed by one crew. They left the carpet and padding outside to get rained on and we had to personally hall it off - as they never returned to remove. The new installer has taken almost two weeks with many miss layed tiles and broken tiles because the installer didn't have the proper equipment - can's seem to get the job corrected and finished. I have never encountered this type of service ever!! Would never recommend Viking Floors.

Excellent. The installer, Kem, and his team did very well, excellent. They were on time and finished the job on time, even early.
