This is the WORST company in BRAZOS VALLEY!! DO NOT USE VENUS PEST COMPANY!!! Scott the owner is a completely arrogant and unreasonable. He told us he could charge us any price he wanted, even though though we have been with the company for 8 years. he decided to raise our quarterly rates NOT tell us and when we confronted him about it, he said "WHO CARES, what you do, go someplace else.. I don't care!" we asked him so you would rather loose $400 a year from a 8 year customer over a $40 year increase? He said "I don't need your business!" how disappointing and unethical! If you want to have your prices changed on you without your knowledge and then get treated horrible and berated and yelled at when you ask.. well.. enough said. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!

I've used them for two years now. What stands out is their punctuality and their willingness to come back out and re-spray. We are in a pretty wooded area. They are willing to come back out and spray if need be. They don't charge for that. They are personable and always looking to do a great job for us.

Their pricing is good and the technicians are nice and polite.

Over the years services have been provided by the owner and various technicians. They have all been pleasant and professional, punctual, and do a thorough job. They are willing to hear me out on problems and work hard to identify and resolve investations. Glen is my current favorite. The company provides good customer service, including responding on weekends when needed. They retreat as needed. The company has recently adopted flexible pricing that includes an annual cost and discounts for bundled services. I highly recommend the company.

As expected. He had quite a backlog of work, so it took more than a week for him to get to us. Honest about it.

They are very friendly. He has another person who works with him who is very professional. They have uniforms and they do great work.

I would rate them highly. I would use them again in the future.

I had a swarm of termites erupt in a bathroom. I called and set up an appointment. The swarming insects (I had trapped a few) were identified as termites. The problem areas were located and it was determined that a spot treatment was all that was needed. I did need to remove some dirt from the garage side of the house to prevent potential problems on that side. He showed up as scheduled and treated both bathrooms. It was great not to have to worry about kids or pets being affected by the insecticide. Will have him out again next year for an insepction.

They came on time, asked me about the problem, explained what they do along with the price, and they sprayed inside and outside of my house. They gave me 3 month warranty. It is almost five months since the treatment, and we only saw one silverfish recently. They gave me followup email to answer some questions I had. It is very pleaseant to work with them.

They are always on time and if we have any issues between applications they are quick to respond.
I recommend them to everyone.

It did take a bit to get the initial call back, but as this occurred around July 4, it is likely they were on vacation. Once contact was made, setting up an appointment was very quick. And, when I had to call and move the appointment, the company was quite flexible and able to move to the same time the next day.

The gentleman who came to spray was actually a little early getting there, and very professional and knowledgeable about his work.

One thing to know about this company is that they offer a green service which is great for pets and young kids. It was a really good experience.

It went great! I called Venus Pest Co. and received a quote immediately! I told the gentleman that I would call him back after discussing the price with my husband, my husband liked the price, so we scheduled it for later in the week. A young man came out, treated my yard, answered my questions and that was that! Easy and painless. I was able to go into my backyard last night and not get sucked on by a thousand mosquitoes!

They have been very professional and knowledgeable about pest control. On the first visit, we went over all possible problems and they suggested possible solutions. They have been out for service on a quarterly basis and we have not had any problems with bugs since they started treating our house! I also like that they are a locally-owned business and that they are sensitive to the environmental impacts of their work. Highly recommended!

Our initial house inspection showed that we had a slight carpenter ant problem (okay, more than that - they had invaded my kitchen!). We'd heard about Venus Pest Co. through my boss, so we decided to call Venus Pest Co. to have them come out and treat the outside of the yard. While I was on the phone with the nice receptionist (Vanessa?), I had first inquired about mosquito control and then flea prevention. To save me money, Vanessa suggested just the mosquito control, since we did not have a flea problem, we just wanted to prevent then, and the mosquito spray would help prevent fleas as well! The day after they came out, I could tell the difference - I wasn't being eaten alive by skeeters all day long! Yay! They came out a second time about two weeks later, since the carpenter ants were being little buggers, and the pest tech was kind enough to explain about these weird little bugs we'd been seeing around the backyard (baby moths, who would have guessed?). Overall, I love Venus Pest Co.! They are always extremely professional and courteous!
