Trey went above and beyond in providing realtor services.  He handled every situation professionally and was always available to answer any questions and solve all problems. Thank you Trey for making this process so easy for us.

I first met with Trey with in August 2012 to discuss selling my parents' home.  I felt I had an enormous challenge as I lived out of
town, knew I would be very busy during the next several months, and knew the house was about thirty years old. Furthermore, I was consumed with coordinating my aging parents? healthcare and finances as they transitioned into appropriate settings while being
faced with cleaning out their home and family possessions. 
Trey was professional and clear from the outset in advising me about how to proceed. He assured me that many communications could be done electronically or over the phone (which proved to be true and very efficient). Not only did he advise me well on which repairs and improvements to tackle before marketing the house, but he also helped me find capable contractors and saw to some details personally.  After some repairs, we put the house on the market. Over the next few months, Trey and I were in frequent communication by email and phone with offers and counteroffers.  Trey was always responsive, prompt and clear, thereby keeping the deal moving forward with many back and forth communications.  In the end I sold the house at a somewhat lower price than I had initially thought I might get, though I felt Trey was very conscientious in helping work through comparative sales and appraisals in the neighborhood while trying to aim for the right price.  Moreover, Trey never pushed me to agree to a price just to get the deal.  He showed great willingness to list the house as long as I wanted to, especially if I had wanted to hold out for a higher price.  In the end, when I felt the price and timing came together, I was impressed at how we were able to close the deal without my having to take off work.
In short, it was a tremendous relief for me to have a courteous, competent, and diligent agent oversee this important transaction for my family at a difficult time in our lives.  I highly recommend Trey Thurmond of BCR?Brazosland Classic Realty.

Dave is great. He is very friendly and easy to work with. He listened to what I wanted and helped me find it. He was very thorough in making sure I was buying a good and sound property, and left no corner unchecked. He also is very knowledgeable about good people to call for inspections, contractors, etc. The buying negotiations were very smooth, and closing was a snap. I definitely recommend this guy, and plan to hire him again in the future.

That experience was so successful that when we decided to sell in 2010, we called him. Our second experience with Trey was even better than the first. Trey is honest, professional, considerate, and easy to communicate with. He often represents properties that are much more valuable than the one he helped us with, so he is not just in it for the $$$. Trey was always accessible, always pro-active, always courteous. He personally followed up on details that he easily could have delegated or ignored. Trey regularly checked on the property and let us know when he felt we needed to winterize. During the inspection process, the inspector and the buyer's agent inadvertently caused damage to our plumbing. Trey not only arranged for a plumber to fix the damage, but followed up with the inspector and the buyer's agent to be sure that we were compensated for the repairs. And, Trey personally fixed walls that were damaged during the repair process. You will not find a better person or a better realty company to work with. I highly recommend their services.
