The Sleep Station

Description of Work: We visited the Sleep Station on August 6, 2011 to test out a few mattresses to replace our old one. The owner was very attentive and explained about all the different options and helped us select one with a 30 day free trial. The mattress was not in stock but was coming in on the next truck so we arranged for the (free!) delivery on August 8, 2011. The delivery guys showed up on time and hauled away the old mattress to be donated (or disposed of depending on the condition) and brought in the new mattress. We spent the 1st night on the new mattress and found that it was quite a bit harder than we expected and we really didn't want to wait to see how well it would break in. My husband called the owner the next morning and explained that this was not the mattress for us. The owner assured us this would not be a problem and said we could come in and select a new mattress to be delivered at day (if they had the one we wanted in stock). Went back up there and selected a new softer mattress (also with a 30 day free trial) and paid the small difference between the that and the original we had purchased. He arranged delivery for that afternoon. By 5pm they had picked up the 1st mattress we bought and replaced it with a new one with no delivery cost or restocking cost.
