+ 0 moreThe inspections went well. We sold a property with two houses. We had winterized both houses in December, 2010 by turning off the water and draining the water lines. We live a thousand miles away and knew that Texas winters can by unpredictable and that freezing temperatures are not uncommon. The houses were inspected January 27, 2011. Due to a miscommunication between the inspector and the buyer's agent, the water lines were not drained. There was a hard freeze on February 1, 2011, and the water lines in both houses were damaged. I contacted Mr. Jolly of Texas Professional Inspections about the damage. When he realized what had happened, Mr. Jolly sent a check to cover the plumbing expenses.
Description of Work: This company performed home inspections for two houses I was selling in College Station, TX. They were employed by the buyers.
