Mark and Vicki are very professional and knowledgeable. They are also very trustworthy, honest, and loyal. Mark always returns my calls within twenty four hours. He addresses any concerns we have promptly. We are in our 60's and have worked with many landscaping companies over the years and quickly recognize good contractors when we use them. This company is all about good service at a reasonable price. I cannot say enough good things about them and their company.

Paid for bubbler irrigation installation for two trees in July of 2013. In the middle of September of 2013 paid in advance for a 40 gallon red oak tree. By the end of September called company to check when the tree would be delivered and planted in the ground. Was told by office personnel that it might be somewhere towards the end of October, and possibly even thereafter. Called company back the next day and told them to either install the tree fairly soon or return my money. Was told that I would have an appointment on October 2, 2013 at 10:30am.
Ocotber 2, crew shows up around 8:00am according to my neighbor and removed dead tree and installed new tree, rather roughly and quickly. I was away at a doctor's appointment and was not notified that crew would arrive early, and without my presence. I arrived home around 10:00am and they were already gone. Instantly, I noticed multiple broken branches, as well as excessive brown water spots over the entire foliage area of the tree, including curled leaves and spots of apparent insect damage/holes. I am very disappointed that they did not allow me to review the tree before planting, I would have sent this tree back to the nursery and requested another one.
Contacted Mark at the company on October 7 and informed him that I was unhappy with the tree, he stated to me that he would be by later to check on everything. It is October 28, and I have not heard from him. Furthermore, I had to hire another irrigation company on October 19, 2013 to repair the bubbler on the same tree, as there was a major leak that developed soon after installation of the red oak. I do not know if the installers of the tree damaged the bubbler system, or if it was placed in the ground with poor workmanship to begin with.

Six weeks later we still have not received an estimate, despite two follow-up calls. Hard to imagine we would hire them after this!

Everything about them was good and I have nothing bad to say about them. A pool company recommended him to us. They have good and reasonable prices. The owner is always here to manage the crew and work with them and I like that. They did a fantastic job and he was very courteous. He sent me an email for the quote and didn't charge me any excess for the delay in time.

I received a prompt response to my call for an estimate, and the estimate was very reasonable. The owner/designer had great ideas for improving the flower bed and creating a focal point for the yard. He was timely in the work, cleaned up when done, and the results are a great improvement!

The guy who came to fix it knew exactly what to test, and he fixed the problem by replacing a worn-out controller that was underground. There was no surface indication where the controlled was buried. (He found the faulty part by using a sophisticated sensor.) The work was done quickly, and he even did a couple of other small things I requested while he was here. A very pleasant experience.

Overall, the work went smoothly. They were responsive when we asked for an estimate, and they used their expertise to place plants that hold up well in our local climate. The house has a fresh look with the new plantings, and we're happy with the work.
