"I have never been a fan of the expression that you cannot please everyone. It is our goal to exceed the expectations of every one of our clients. Unfortunately, we failed with the member. There is a great deal unstated and misstated in the member report. But the fact is that we were unable to please him and we see that as our failure. Luckily this is a very rare occurrence for our company. One of the reasons for this is that we have third party surveys conducted of our completed projects.
