The gentleman who came out to provide us a quote was very nice and professional. Gave us a fair quote and assured us our belongings would be taken care of, including wrapping the furniture to prevent damage. We were very impressed and accepted their quote. On moving day, two men came an hour late. The one who acted like the lead guy was VERY hungover and vomited repeatedly in the yard and the bathroom. Most of the work was done by the other gentleman. None of the furniture was wrapped and almost everything they touched had some kind of damage to it, including several pieces of cherry bedroom furniture and a big scratch on the top of my oak dining room table, rips in the mattresses and a ding in the dryer. My bed has squeaked ever since they moved it and I had a door that incurred damage as well. Not to mention the enormous amounts of sweat they left on EVERYTHING (would have been better had the stuff been wrapped, as promised). We had Mayflower move us a couple years prior to this and it went perfectly, none of the problems we had with this company, and it was much longer distance. At time of completion we pointed out everything they'd damage and they cut the price nearly in half. We ended up never getting billed for the service, which was good. But all-in-all I would have rather paid to have my stuff moved as promised, in one piece, than have everything moved for free and damaged.
