Deck Maintenance
Contractor left building not tarpped and it rained hard and alot of my merchandise along with expensive register got water damaged. Been going back and forth with Cris about my damages he has been giving me the run around for the last yr. I can't get my losses out of him. Gonna try a ND take him to court cause he doesn't want to give me c lain number so I can contact insurance company for claim status or pay me for my damages

Cris bid the job and met with us on the work and all looked fine but when it came to details and follow up he failed us.
During the work his team regularly had to be told to redo things because of poor work. Example would be removing light fixtures to put the siding on would just be thrown back on the wall and not work. The roof and siding all have warranty. Once he was paid he would not respond for weeks after repeated calls about an issue. When responding refused to follow up with what he did. Many times because we had urgent issues we had to pay someone else to make the repairs. All in all a very unprofessional job.
