When we had Caesarstone countertops installed in our kitchen a couple of years ago, the installers drilled the faucet holes incorrectly. The contractor jury-rigged a faucet to fit but it started leaking. When we tried to replace the faucet, we learned about the holes and that we'd need to have them redrilled to get any faucet to fit. It's so hard to get someone with the right tools to come out and do a small job like this, and we didn't have any luck until we found Paul on Angie's List. He called us back right away and came over a couple of days later. He drilled carefully and just enough to fit the new faucet. He did a great job and fixed a problem we'd had for a long time.

From start to finish, Paul is easy to work with and communicates well. He calls to remind of the appointment a day or two before, and, because I asked him to do so, he always called when he was on his way over. When he arrives, he explains what he is going to do, answers questions, and then he does his work quietly and efficiently. Before he leaves each day, he does a thorough clean-up. He is quite trustworthy and honest, and I would be happy to have him do additional work for me.

Paul did an excellent job in every way. He came back several times to complete the work. He is very busy, so we were very flexible with him on time. He works with another company to do their demo and installation work, but he is also available to do other jobs. He is completely honest and very easy to work with. You have to be willing to work with him on time because he gets very busy at times. He is a good communicator -- calls to check in and let you know he's on his way or if he can't make it when he says he would. This is not always the case with these guys, I have learned!
