We didn't have a good idea what we were looking for and Nadia did an amazing job of honing in on what we wanted and then helping us find it. She helped us understand the advantages and disadvantages of various properties and guided us through the process from start to finish, all the way to helping us navigate negotiations on the property we ended up buying. We liked every property she brought to our attention. Nadia's expertise; her years of experience and understanding of the Bryan/College Station real estate market were invaluable to us.
Although most of our contact was with Nadia, Michael McGrann also assisted us in our house search and with the offer/contract paperwork.
