Moore Inspections

We hired Moore inspections in the process of buying a house for our daughter to attend aTm. The inspector Mr Moore assigned this task to did a terrible job. He failed to see that a load bearing wall had been removed without any structural reinforcement for the hanging kitchen cabinets--which caused the ceiling to sag. The house was passed with flying colors despite not meeting code for safe habitation. Mr Moore verbally admitted that his employee did a poor job but refused to admit this on paper when the owner tried to sue us. to summarize: the inspector employed by Moore Inspectors did a terrible job. We bought the house because the house passed this slipshod inspection and the owner, Mr Moore refused to admit that his employee was at fault. Do not hire these people

We scheduled a day and time in advance and he followed up with us the day before to confirm. He arrived right in time and began working immediately. During the inspection he took his time to answer each of our questions with accuracy and to explain everything in Layman's terms.
