Let me just start to say this place has HORRIBLE customer service! RUN, dont walk away from this place. You can buy the same mattress somewhere else and get better customer service. No body knows whats going. Bought a mattress and was promised delivery "first thing Monday morning and we will call you before we come"... OK no problem, lets take off work and get our mattress delivered on Monday. This was their date and their time and we agreed. By 11:00 A.M. no phone call no delivery. So we call.."they" are on their way. Another phone call, 2:00, "They" are on their way...By 5:00 "Oh THEY are on their way BUT its just going to be one guy on the truck and he is the driver so is there someone there that could help?" REALLY?? We paid for DELIVERY AND SET. This poor college student had no idea how to set up this kind of bed. He had only been working there a few weeks. In fact there were "parts" leftover. ??? We felt sorry for him I almost asked him to stay for dinner because it was 6:30 PM! Wasted a day of work, wasted my time I should bill Mattress SleepCenters for delivery since we did the set up. I hope a sleep good tonight.

Overall we had an excellent transaction and would highly recommend them to others as well as return to them for future business.
Description of Work: Received estimate on 3 new mattresses and the price quoted was very good, they had the lowest delivery cost than other mattress stores. They were punctual and very professional. They gave us no sales pitch but rather, they let the product speak for itself. We googled the product and found many good reports as opposed to bad. Mattress Sleep Centers were very friendly and gave us all the attention we desired instead of putting us on hold.
