She helped me buy my place 10 years ago and she set up everything. She found inspectors and the appraiser. She even dealt with the bank. And now, I still call her with questions on a property that I am interested in and she does not listen as an agent. She is just always available and always willing to help even if it is not the property that she is selling. She is good.
