The worker cleaning the windows did not wash the screens, which I had told the service person I wanted done when I called to schedule. He came back at a later date to wash the screens, since I paid them only half of what was billed.

He came at the scheduled time, 8:15 am,  and it was very cold and rainy so we
rescheduled. He came back at the new time and did the whole job in about an hour. Kyle was courteous and friendly and very professional. He removed the screens and cleaned them. He washed the windows inside and out and did a great job. He replaced the screens. After working outside he removed his shoes when he came inside to work. He didn't make a mess, but was very tidy and left everything in good shape.

They did a lot of work and they are way up high. They did an excellent job in a professional manner. We were real pleased with them and we couldn't ask them to do any better. They have a reasonable price and we will recommend them highly.
