David's company did a excellent job in painting and repairing my home. The company was hired to paint the outside of the house, and repair any rotted boards as needed. His painters also trimmed the branches from trees overhanging the roof for me. I also needed a some minor brickwork and David perform this as well. For years I have had a leak somewhere in the front of the house and I have not been able to locate the leak. David and his painter came back on 3 separate occasions to help try to find the leak and fix the problem. I am very satisfied with the company and will use them again.

We hired Trinity Builders to repair a ceiling that had some water damage. We were concerned that any repairs done to the ceiling would be visible afterward, as the ceiling had a decorative finish on it. David assured us that it would look great and he was right! He had his guys come out to do the repairs and painting. David checked on them often and gave direction as needed. The men were courteous and very clean. No debris or dirt was left after they were done. Even after they had finished, David came out and checked the work after it had dried/cured to make sure the repairs were invisible. He was right.....it was perfect! David is meticulous and very accomodating. I appreciated the attention to detail and quality work. I highly recommend Trinity Builders!

The whole process was flawless. David explained everything so we understood it all. We even changed our mind in the middle of the project and he explained the change order process, made the change, we approved the costs and he made it happen. He made it so easy. Even when we were being picky, he took it in stride. His prices are very competitive and work is quality.

Trinity Builders did excellent work for me. We hired them on 3 different occasions at our home. The owner was extremely responsive and professional, and the quality of work performed was outstanding. Every question/concern that my wife and I had were addressed, and we were impressed with the level of communication and progress updates we received from the owner with each job performed. I will definitely continue using this company for future home repairs and remodeling.

We are very pleased with this. We first ha d David ( Trinity Builders) power wash and do repairs and paint the outside. We were pleased with the painting. We had our house leveled. Was pretty well pleased, as well as could be expected. Our house is old and it took a lot of work. Then we had the bathroom floor taken out and replaced. We had our old tub taken out and replaced with a garden tub. We are very pleased with this. We also had the commode taken out and replaced.

I talked to the owner of the company himself.  he came out and gave me a complete layout of everything he is going to do.  I was on a timeline and he had it finished on time.  Very professional and he also checked in on the job all times of the day.  I bought some add on and found out that they were the wrong pieces and he went and bought the right part for me.  They did an excellent job.  He didn't require me to pay him until the job was finished.

Once the demolition work was done and some of the work mentioned above was done Trinity Builders: (David Adame) repeatedly requested more and more advances of funds. We were under the impression that the funds advanced were being used to pay for supplies and the sub-contractors. We were taken to the various supply houses to pick materials and this is when we found out WE were paying for all the supplies. At this time we were also contacted by the sub- contractors. They indicated they could not continue to work since they had not been paid. Now that we knew that none of the funds advanced to David Adame were used to pay for supplies or sub-contractors, we contacted DRA Trinity Builders: (David Adame) to get an accounting of how the funds paid to him had been dispersed. We had several meetings where he indicated how the money was allocated but could not provide us with any receipts or proof of any kind. We discovered huge discrepancies between what we had paid DRA Trinity Builders: (David Adame) and what he had paid towards the project. During this time Trinity Builders advised the sub-contractors to stop work on our project. At this time, December 7, 2011, we terminated David Adame from the project. We then proceeded to meet with all of the suppliers and sub-contractors and made arrangements with them to continue with our project. I was also contacted by the supplier for the french doors. They notified me that I had ten days to pay them or they would file a lien on my property to recover the past due invoices to and quot;Lonestar Construction Co,and quot; (apparently another LLC that (David Adame) used to conduct business. Each of the sub-contractors indicated to me that they would substantiate these circumstances. They also indicated that they had prior experience of the same practices occurring with prior jobs. They gave indications that (David Adame) used an LLC because there is little or no recourse that a complainant has for reciprocity.
