DR. KOOL

Dr. Kool has done work for me, my brother-in-law, my mother-in-law. All excellent work. I can't recommend him enough. Smart guy, knows his stuff, and is someone you can trust. And if you don't have a CO detector in your home, get one. It could save your life.

We have used Dr. Kool several times over the past 10 years. He installed a new AC system, does our annual service, and has responded to 2 emergencies in that time frame. He was there when he said he would be and completed the work as we discussed. He is straight forward and tells you like it is, so if you are uncomfortable with that he may not be the guy for you. I love his honesty and straight forward no BS attitude! He will go above and beyond to help anyone. His price is also fair for the amount of work he does.

He does good work. The price wasn't terrible. We have a rattle in our attic blower unit. He was asked to locate the noise and fix it. However, he could not find the issue and basically said to learn to live with it. He could have been more professional about finding and fixing the noise. I would use him again.

We cme in contact with Dr. Kool when we called Marcos at Aire Cool. We found that Marcos had merged with Dr. Kool and that Dr. Kool and quot;ran the showand quot;. The good doctor came out and and was arrogant from the start of the visit. We asked about Marcos and were told and quot;he works for me nowand quot;. He fixed our problem, collected his money and left. We were not happy but back in business. A few days later we got an arrogant letter from Dr. Kool saying he would not service us again because we live too far out in the county and that he didn't work on mobil homes anymore. He had the address when he agreed to come out and could have checked his map and would have known how far out we lived - I think it is 5 miles out which isn't far at all. We were not happy with Dr. Kool from the beginning but had a problem and he agreed to come out. It is hard to find someone to come out who will service a mobil home unit. we will not call the good doctor again but do wish Marco and Aire Cool were again an option. Marco was GOOD.

Dr Kool did a great job installing our new unit. Was on time and did a great job.
Was great to be able deal with a true professional , someone who knows his product inside and out. He took a lot of time to explain what we needed and did not try to sell something that we didn't need.
They cleaned up and removed the old unit,very pleasant experience..
I will use Dr. Kool in the future and we highly recommend his HONEST and professional service to all our friends .

Pretty well, he forgot the new t tstat at home and had to leave to get it. didn't charge for the extra time. 72$ initial charge + 60$ for t stat
