Service ranged from poor to absolutely bad. Technicians were for the most part at the novice level and were learning as they performed the work. I repeatedly asked for an overview or a written layout of the system (which had several TV's, Amp's, BluRay and Sonos devices) which I never received. After the initial visit there were plenty of follow-up visits to fix things that were either not done or failed after prior visits. I discovered, several months into the install, that the alarm systetm wasn't working. Repeated alarm intrusions never resulted in central station notification. It's like I had no security at all. Repeated calls to remedy these situations went unanswered. To top things off, they had my wrong address on file and as a consequence I never received their invoices. Resulting in my being "delinquent" (in their opinion) for non-payment of bills I never received. Go figure. When contacted about this I was immediately told that a LIEN was placed on my home for non-payment of invoices. Trying to reason with them was a difficult task. Rather than admit their mistake on the address, they chose to be confrontationaland abusive insisting that the delinquency was my fault. All in all, the most terrible encounter I have ever had with a vendor. If you are considering them for any kind of services, I would advise you to run (not walk) away. .................R
