Dan has the utmost integrity and I've never been more satisfied with a remodel or work performed on our 3700 square foot older home.  He made cost saving recommendations, supervised his workers, kept in contact, kept expenses down, and got it done in record time. He cared about our issues.  In the middle of the job we had an AC/plumbing issue come up and neither my plumber or AC person could fix it.  Dan did it himself and did not charge me very much.  I'm a Yankee Boston gal and rarely impressed.  Dan is impressive and I will use him again.

I was very pleased with them. He returned my call, came out to look at the job, gave me an estimate, and I was pleased with his professionalism. I am having him come out again for some other remodeling.

He subcontracted someone to put ceramic tiles who did not do a very good job, but Dan made him do it again, which I appreciated.

He looked out for my interest. He was very honest, trusthworthy and flexible.

Dan was directly involved in planning and managed both projects to completing.  He did everything exactly as we understood.  Workmanship of sub contractors was very good.  Dan stayed engaged throughout both projects and insisted on quality work by the subs.
