On time and diligent

They were able to schedule a technician to come out the day I called about a leak. David arrived right on time at the beginning of the time window I was given. He was able to find the leak and fix it after getting a needed part. Did a great job cleaning up after he was done. All around awesome job! Will definitely use them for any future problems we may run into.

Project was left incomplete and communication terrible during period of service. Job was left undone when demand for payment made. Quoted one price and charged for another. Calls not returned and request for itemization of charges not provided. Would not use again.

Peter did an outstanding job. He was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. Dailey Co Inc had a plumber at my home less than 30 minutes after my initial call. I would definitely us Daily Company Inc again in the future and more specifically, I would request Peter Fiorella handle my service call/request. Kudos to both Mr Fiorella and Dailey Company Inc...job well done!!

He looked at all the concerns and gave me really good prices. Was worth the service call to ease my mind. I will use this company for this work when ready to be done.

They went above and beyond. Service was quick. They were very responsive, showed up on time, and were very professional. Would use them again.

Excellent! It took two full days and 2 workers. They showed up early both days. The power had to be turned off and they made sure that it was only for a few hours instead of overnight (thank goodness because temps were in the 90's!). Even added an extra outlet for the garage door opener because they were afraid the inspector would not like our extension cord. Made sure everything was where it needed to be or where we wanted it. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was working before they left after finishing even going so far as labeling the breakers in the breaker box.

They arrived within 45 minutes of my call. Took about 45 minutes to repair. This is the second time we've used them and my second review. They are fantastic. I wish they did more than electrical.

First, they showed up and came on time.  That's always a plus!  The employee sent to provide an estimate (Troy) was extremely polite and courteous.  He listened carefully and wrote down each individual task down with detail.  He sent me a written estimate that afternoon through e-mail.  I asked for a revision because I wanted to add something and that wasn't a problem.  He sent me a new estimate that same afternoon.  I was happy to have a written and formal bid prior to the work beginning.  There were no surprises.  The electricians showed up on the day that they said they'd arrive, worked diligently and completed the work as requested.  I dropped by to check up on things and the three electricians who were working had a clear idea of what tasks needed to be completed.   They cleaned up after they were done and left no trace of trash or packaging.  Their work was very professional and there were no problems. I'm extremely happy with the job they did.  It's great to deal with a company that is reputable and reliable in this community.  I will definitely use them again and already have plans to call them for another project. 

Guys came out on Wednesday morning, shut down the power and tore in to
it. By Wednesday night we were back up and running for the essential
part. Thursday morning, back at it and finished up. Mapped out the panel
box, made sure everything was working and done by 2 PM. Box looks
great, wiring is neat and professional, and the guys personable,
knowledgeable and thorough and they cleaned up after themselves.. Would recommend them highly. 
My only beef was the fact that Don did not stay in touch with me about the delay in getting the box in. We starting this project in April and originally  thought to be done in late May or early June. I repeatedly contacted him and was told -no box yet. It was : We'll be ready to go mid June....late June...  Mid July.....and then finally that it was shipping on July 24.  Chased him down the following Thursday and scheduled for the next Wednesday.
I choose them over 4 outfits that I got bids from. Despite the delay, I will gladly use them in the future.

I utilized the snapfix option to find the provider and it made the transaction very easy. I sent a description and pictures and they contacted the provider and he emailed me a quote-it was great. It took me about a month to call and set the appointment, but that was not an issue as they came out right away to do the work. Two guys came and they were both very friendly and professional. They defiantly went the extra mile and did a great job. They cleaned up after they were done and even took the old fan with them. I am very happy with the work they did and I would highly recommend them.

Repairman was very knowledgeable and professional. He was fast and thorough. We had forgotten about the ceiling light fixture until he was here, so it wasn't mentioned in the request for service. He was able to take care of it in just a few minutes.
We would definitely use them again.

They installed several smoke detectors in rooms that didn't have any and replaced existing smoke detectors. They were professional, clean and efficient. They came in under estimated time and under budget!

They are great.  I have been using them for about six years after using five electricians.  They are really good.  I will recommend them.  They are excellent.  They have been always reasonable.  The electricians that come here don’t waste time.
