I called Rocky at 8 AM. He called back at 8:30, and had individuals at my site at 10:30. They brought the correct part, and replacement was done professionally. I most strongly recommend Crest Roofing, and I will use them again.

Another roofer, Gonzales Roofing, had attempted to repair a leak in the roof without success, and then would not return my calls to ask them to go back out. I called Crest who had replaced a roof for me on another house that I own. They went to the house the same day, found the real problem, fixed it, and charged me nothing since it took them very little time and I had used them to replace the other roof. I did not ask nor expect them not to charge me and do not expect it again, but it shows they are very customer service minded.

right then and there. Rocky also did refer us to someone who he knew was good at installing gutters.

Crest Roofing removed the old worn roof and put on a new roof on a house that has over 3,600 square feet. The work was done in two days and the crew cleaned up after themselves. The new roof looks great and the price paid was 40 percent below that quoted by Schulte Roofing and $2,500 less than another competitor. Crest is reliable and does great work at a great price.

The initial roof leak/damage occurred in late January 2013. Crest Roofing repaired the damage according to the instructions of my insurance company. My insurance company refused to pay for moving of the vent pipe which was located in a bad spot, and was the primary cause of the damage. Rocky, of Crest Roofing, believed that he could repair the damage and add protective flashing that might solve the problem. He couldn't guarantee that this would fix the problem, but felt it had a high chance of success. I agreed and they made the repairs and painted the affected ceiling areas. They were quick, professional and reliable. Then in May 2013 after another wind/rain storm blew through our area, the leak recurred. Again, the insurance company refused to fix the real cause of the problem. So, I called Rocky and explained the situation. Rocky and the Crest Roofing crew returned, moved the vent pipe which was causing the problem, redecked the roof in that area, and had their paint contractor re-paint the affected ceiling areas. They would have repaired the roof without charge, even though the problem wasn't their fault, but I insisted they be paid. In the end, my overall cost for all this work: $1,000.

All went well. I also purchased an attic exhaust fan through him and he installed it at no additional cost. Overall guy contractor.

Again, this is based on many experiences. My latest one from him was a $50 repair on a roof. Went extremely well. About 30 minutes from the time we called him until it was repaired!

He was the one that the agent called. When we finally got him out here he did a good job. But they didn't come when they were supposed to and he wouldn't respond to phone calls or email. I finally had to have the agent call him again and figure out why he hadn't come to fix my roof. The price was great and I guess he fixed it because the roof doesn't leak.

See above for the start-finish. They were done in a little over a day.

I didn't spend anything because it was an insurance claim. They were quick, friendly and honest. They didn't require any money upfront. They were very professional and I would absolutely use them again.
