Cindy is extremely knowledgeable about the area, about construction and about the real estate market. She has a good sense of the value of real estate and is also very honest. We trust her to watch out for our best interests, not just for her profit-- for example, if a property looks good, but she knows something that might be of concern about the location or neighborhood, she will inform us, even though that is not absolutely required of her (i.e., it's not a defect in the property, just some additional information that a savvy buyer should factor in.) She has always been very prompt and responsive, goes out of her way to help, and the servicemen that she recommends have always been of high quality.
